Do you carry the PME Lustre Pearl Spray you used in the gerber daiseys?

In the video you use a cutter on the Mini Mat. This won't ruin the mat?

Sweet Wise Response - Use just enough pressure to cut trrough the fondant and don't use a sharp blade.
