once you put the fondant on, do you leave the cake at room temp or can you put it in the frig? If outside, do you need seran wrap over it? thank you

Sweet Wise Response - Sure you can store your cake in a frig... Just make sure it is not next to last nights lasagna or you might end up w/ a lasagna flavored fondant. It is a good idea to wrap loosely with a food wrap and store in a cake box both inside the fridge. Unless you're concerned about flies/bugs, its not necessary to cover the cake in food wrap if it is only placed outside for a short time.
