Hi Kathy do you have the recipe for the whip cream that you are using? Thank you.

Sweet Wise Response - This is a super easy recipe - just whisk heavy cream until it peaks and then add powdered sugar to taste and continue whisking until it is as stiff as you want. If you need it to hold together a day or two, add piping gel along w/ the powdered sugar to stabilize and keep the water from separating.
