is there a way to get the buttercream to freeze a little stronger
Sweet Wise Response: Keep in mind if you are judging from my video that my freezer is two rooms away from my studio, the lights are hot, and it takes another minute or two to get the camera rolling before we can film, so mine softens a tad on film before we can apply it. You shouldn't have this problem at home, but if you are, you can always turn your freezer down colder or leave the transfer in longer. You can also give yourself a little more time by piping it thicker so that it doesn't thaw as quickly once it is out of the freezer.
