Royal Icing - After icing sets for 24 hours, I separate and add colors. At this point is it okay to proceed with decorating, or do I have to wait another 24 hours for colored icing to rest?

Sweet Wise Response - No need to wait, should be ready to go.

how far in advance can the bridal bouquet be made?

Sweet Wise Response - Because of the low moisture content in this recipe, these can be wrapped and shelf stable for two to three weeks.
