how much buttercream should i spread on cake and what consistency, before covering with fondant?

Sweet Wise Response - As much or as little as you'd like is fine. The only important thing is that you should make sure the surface is smooth.

I'm having trouble with Satin Ice Fondant where it bubbles (air pocket) at the top then continues down cake. Advice on fixing that?

Sweet Wise Response - This should be easy to fix. Could be a couple of factors causing this problem for you but we'll need more information. The best place to get answers for questions like this is to email info@sweetwise.com
