I just had to write to tell you about my experience with The Mat. I used it for the first time yesterday and it was a large 14" round cake. I have to tell you, it was absolutely wonderful. I followed the instructions in your video and it really works exactly as advertised. I make many fondant cakes and I love making the flowers and decorating them, but I always dreaded covering the cake with the fondant. But not anymore. I think your product is fantastic and I wish I knew about it a long time ago. It would have definitely saved me a lot of grief. So congratulations on a wonderful product AND extra kudos for having it made in the USA. I am so pleased.

A really useful set of 8 of the most popular modelling tools in the PME range. Ideal for enhancing the appearance of flower petals, leaves and general modelling when using gumpaste, sugarpaste, marzipan and similar materials.
This modelling tool has a small cutting wheel at either end, one 3/8"Dia and the other 5/8"Dia. The wheels are wonderful for cutting fondant, gumpaste, and marzipan to shape and are ideal for creating small detailed cut out shapes.
The two ended tool is extremely useful in shaping flowers and adding texture to them. The larger end has a wide curved edge to add a curl to the edge or round a petal. The second side is thinner and comes to a point and is great for adding lines and texture to petals.
Blade & Shell shaped modelling tool ideal for cutting and marking gumpaste, sugarpaste marzipan etc. The Shell end creates simple embossed shell patterns on cakes particularly around edges and borders.
