Hi. I just wanted to let you know that I ordered (and received) the Home Mat. I have been decorating cakes for just under a year, as a hobby, for family and friends. I have used The Mat 3 times and have to say this is the best decorating tool that I have purchased. I really enjoy working with fondant and The Mat has taken all the guess work out of how much fondant to use and eliminated having to constantly measure the size that I've rolled out. Kathy's Tip: Be sure to make your gumpaste ahead of time (by adding Tylose Powder to your Fondant), wrap it up and let it sit for 20-30 minutes so it can firm up slightly. Then place it into the mold, and it will come out much more easily, without stretching. Letting it sit in the mold for just a minute will help it come out even easier.
