Cathy, had to tell you how much I love my Home Mat. Just completed a 22 cake order using Satin Ice fondant and The Mat. Could not have done what I did without this great product. Was able to knead, roll and cover a 6" 2 layer cake in less than 5 minutes..a new record for me. I have all 3 sizes of The Mat and use them constantly. Thanks for a great product..and super video

A really useful set of 8 of the most popular modelling tools in the PME range. Ideal for enhancing the appearance of flower petals, leaves and general modelling when using gumpaste, sugarpaste, marzipan and similar materials.
This modelling tool has a small cutting wheel at either end, one 3/8"Dia and the other 5/8"Dia. The wheels are wonderful for cutting fondant, gumpaste, and marzipan to shape and are ideal for creating small detailed cut out shapes.
The two ended tool is extremely useful in shaping flowers and adding texture to them. The larger end has a wide curved edge to add a curl to the edge or round a petal. The second side is thinner and comes to a point and is great for adding lines and texture to petals.
The Bulbulous cone tool is ideal for producing Garrett Frills using gumpaste, sugarpaste etc. Both ends of the tool are extremely useful when modelling animals, figures and flowers.
