The fastest, easiest, and newest way to add an edible floral spray lace to any cake. Create beautiful embellishments using these molds with rolled fondant, chocolate paste, gumpaste and luster, pearl, or petal dusts. Size: 5" x 2" Instructions included. Kathy's Tip: I aso like to mold these and then cut them apart. Cover a cake with fondant, and then apply these spaced a half inch or so apart, and you have a beautiful, floral lace coverd cake! Be sure to make your gumpaste ahead of time (by adding Tylose Powder to your Fondant), wrap it up and let it sit for 20-30 minutes so it can firm up slightly. Then place it into the mold, and it will come out much more easily, without stretching. Letting it sit in the mold for just a minute will help it come out even easier.

Made with food-grade silicone, this mold is extremely flexible and durable. Suggested uses include chocolate, fondant, gum paste, poured sugar and pressed sugar. Additionally, the molds can be used for ice, jello, etc. Oven safe to 350 degree
