lower case very good upper case very difficult to remove from the moldTHE LOWER CASE LETTERS ARE FACING THE CORRECT DIRECTION AND AS SUCH AS MUCH MORE USER FRIENDLY THAN THE CAPITAL LETTERS WHICH ARE BACKWARDS AND BY THE TIME YOU ATTEMPT TO FLIP THEM RIGHT SIDE UP THEY FALL APART.
Sweet Wise Response - The capital letters are not backward and work the same as the lower case. These are delicate and a little more difficult to work with and this is why Kathy made a video about this product. With a little extra tylose in your gumpaste and a good technique, these can be easy to work with and they area really cool looking font.

Sometimes they would work out, most of the time not so much! I used them again today after watching your Vid and Loved how well they came out!
