Great Product for Crusting Buttercream
This product works great for making buttercream icing that crusts and holds up in hotter climates. Regular shortening doesn't have the saturated fats anymore which is what helps with the crusting. Allows you to use Viva papertowels to smooth your buttercream to an almost fondant look.
