I have been doing cakes for 25 years and have always steered away from
fondant, but I just had a bride insist on it and as I was searching youtube
I came across your video about the mat. I knew it would work because this
is how I always made my pie crusts so I ordered the mat immediately.
Needless to say it was a complete success. The cake was flawless! I am
sending an attachment to share. Plus I used about 1/2 of the fondant that
Wilton said was needed which saved me $$$ and made to overall texture of the
cake more pleasant to eat!

Brush up quickly on covering your cake, learn details such as quilting, rolled roses, lifelike leaves, garden tendrils, painting with Luster Dusts, a Romantic two looped bow, Draping and swags, and then leave with a stunning English Garden display cake! Because we know you are getting really focused about your fondant, we will be working on dummy cakes so we don’t lose that precious half hour of class time to cake assembly. We know your time is valuable, so we have made this class ALL-INCLUSIVE! Don’t worry about bringing any materials to class; just come ready to have fun in this class and get these necessary fondant skills into your bag of tricks! You’ll leave with a beautiful cake and lots of new skills!
