I have to say, I LOVE my mat. Don't know how I would live without it. Almost more useful is the video showing usage. Kathy makes everything she does look so easy. I have just tried the Swiss Buttercream. Fantastic. I would love to know where you can get the point and shoot thermometer with no probe. I may be going on my Christmas list!

In this class four hour class you will learn how easy it is to use Isomalt for not only sculptures but accent pieces for cakes, cupcakes, bling….the list goes on and on.
Peggy will demonstrate how to work with Isomalt. From pouring, casting, basic pulling techniques to how to heat and color the Isomalt. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm to
create your own unique sculpture and an 8x8 box to take it home in. Every student will take home a sculpture piece they create.
