Icing Fruits are concentrated fruit with real fruit pulp to add flavor and fruit to icing, whipped cream, confections, or cakes. Directions: Add approximately 1/2 oz. per pound to icing, batter or dough Shelf Life: 1 year unopened in ambient temperature (70 degrees F), and 30 days after opened. Refrigeration is suggested.
