Today I made my first ever fondant drape on a wedding cake using your tips and technique ( the frosting was buttercream )....If I could hug you I would!! It worked out perfectly. Add to fondant to create an easy to work with gumpaste. Can be used in place of gum tragacanth and CMC. Added to fondant, it adds elasticity and decreases drying time.
